At Alan Spargo Ltd we are able to produce any number of Tooling components for equipment used in almost every public-sector infrastructure; including parts used in water treatment facilities, transportation industries, military equipment, construction and energy production as well as automotive.
CAD CAM
Our CAD CAM service combines 2D/3D design (AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, VERO-VISI CAD 3D) and simulation with precision CNC machining: 3-axis milling on Bridgeport and Correa VMCs and high-accuracy turning on the XYZ Proturn lathe.
CMM Inspection
Our inspection suite features OGP Smartscope 500 optical scanning, Mitutoyo linear gauges and microscopes, Mitutoyo Euro M574 and DEA CNC A 001 CMMs, plus a full range of comparators, projectors and surface-measurement machines.
MRP System
We operate a comprehensive Manufacturing Resource Planning system to plan, track and control every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished tool.
Tool Try-Out Facility
Our tool try-out facility features an HME 300 ton air-cushion press, a Rhodes 150 ton press, an HME 100 ton air-cushion press and a manual flypress for comprehensive validation of every tool.
