CAD CAM
Our CAD CAM service combines 2D/3D design (AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, VERO-VISI CAD 3D) and simulation with precision CNC machining: 3-axis milling on Bridgeport and Correa VMCs and high-accuracy turning on the XYZ Proturn lathe.
CMM Inspection
Our inspection suite features OGP Smartscope 500 optical scanning, Mitutoyo linear gauges and microscopes, Mitutoyo Euro M574 and DEA CNC A 001 CMMs, plus a full range of comparators, projectors and surface-measurement machines.
CNC Cylindrical Grinding
Our cylindrical grinding capability centres on the Jones & Shipman 1212 grinder supplemented by two Suprema CNC universal grinders for precision round finishes.
CNC Milling & Boring
Our CNC milling & boring suite comprises 1 × Bridgeport VMC 600, 2 × Bridgeport VMC 1000, 4 × XYZ DPM bedmills, the Bridgeport GX1600 machine centre, and Correa CF20 & CF22 bed mill/borers.
Drilling
Our drilling facilities comprise radial arm drills, precision pillar drills and dedicated EDM small-hole drilling units for ultra-fine work.
EDM Spark Erosion
Our EDM Spark Erosion suite features 3× AGIE Roboform 20 with C-axis, 3× AGIE E110+P25 with IsoCut, a JOEMARS 600, a JOEMARS CNC drill and a Mitsubishi EX22 die-sinker with auto tool changer.
EDM Wire Erosion
Our Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Wire Erosion capacity comprises 2 × Fanuc Robocut 2016 submerged-cut machines with a 600 × 400 mm envelope and 2 × Fanuc Alpha 1A units offering 520 × 370 × 400 mm cutting volumes.
Etching
Our etching service leverages the SINO-GALVO STJ-50F laser-etching system for high-speed, high-resolution surface marking.
Grinding
Our grinding facilities include cylindrical, jig, and surface/form grinding, using an extensive fleet of Jones & Shipman, Moore, and Okamoto machines housed in temperature-controlled bays for consistent precision.
Jig Boring
Our jig boring capacity is centred on Moore 2C jig borers, including CNC units with Heidenhain control and auxiliary equipment for high-rise components.
Metal Finishing
We provide metal finishing services to ensure tooling components meet functional and cosmetic requirements.
MRP System
We operate a comprehensive Manufacturing Resource Planning system to plan, track and control every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished tool.
Tool Try-Out Facility
Our tool try-out facility features an HME 300 ton air-cushion press, a Rhodes 150 ton press, an HME 100 ton air-cushion press and a manual flypress for comprehensive validation of every tool.
Turning
Our turning capacity includes XYZ Proturn CNC lathes for high-accuracy machining, supported by manual centre lathes for flexible component production.
