Sophisticated simulation tools validate form, fit and function virtually, reducing the need for physical prototypes and ensuring micron-level accuracy before machining begins.</p>
<p>Once the design is signed off, our integrated CNC machining suite takes over. We run 3-axis milling on 1 × Bridgeport VMC 600, 2 × Bridgeport VMC 1000, Correa CF20 &amp; CF22 bed mills/borers, 4 × XYZ DPM bedmills and a Bridgeport GX1600, alongside our XYZ Proturn CNC lathe for complex turning.
